AdStorm is a young, successful, small but rapidly-growing agency based in Lichfield, just North of Birmingham. The directors have over 30 years' blue chip marketing experience which is combined with a growing centre of excellence in digital online marketing. To help fuel our continued growth, we require a talented online marketer - ideally already having Google Analytics experience and Google AdWords Qualified status. At the very least applicants should have experience of both Pay Per Click Advertising and Search Engine Marketing.
You will be a good communicator and will be able to relate to our clients' needs. You will be numerate, have solid analytical skills, attention to detail, an aptitude for working with technology, and the ability to juggle several projects and keep many balls in the air at once. If AdStorm's rapid growth continues then the right individual will be ideally placed to take a senior managerial role in the medium term. As with all AdStorm employees, fundamental character traits of charisma, honesty, integrity and dependability will be valued. Prior account management experience would be a distinct advantage.
The successful individual will manage online advertising and search engine marketing projects, including hands-on management of PPC, banner advertising, SEO and writing copy. Liaising with clients to understand their requirements and define projects to suit their needs will also be key elements of the job. To this end you must be able to talk credibly at the highest level, be able to identify an opportunity, and be able to effectively consult with the customer to conceive the perfect solution for them.
